Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

When you buy a ticket on Boletra you get an email with the link to your digital ticket. From there you can:

  • See the QR on screen. It rotates every 30 seconds so a screenshot won’t work.
  • Save it to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android) with one tap.

The wallet ticket updates itself. You don’t need internet at the door — the QR is generated locally using the wallet info.

How to add it to your wallet

  1. Open the confirmation email you got at purchase.
  2. Tap View my ticket.
  3. On iPhone, tap Add to Apple Wallet. On Android, tap Add to Google Wallet.
  4. Confirm in your phone’s wallet.

What if I change phones?

Your ticket is tied to your email, not your phone. If you switch phones:

  1. Open the confirmation email on the new phone.
  2. Tap View my ticket.
  3. Add it to the wallet again.

The ticket stays valid on your new phone.

What if I don’t have signal at the door?

No problem. Once the ticket is in your wallet, the QR is generated locally and the organiser can validate it without you having internet.

Can I share my ticket?

The QR rotates every 30 seconds, so a screenshot won’t work. If you want to transfer the ticket to someone else, message the event’s promoter — they can reassign it from their dashboard.
