Refunds

Refunds are authorised by the event’s promoter, not Boletra. Each event has its own policy, which is always shown on the public page before you buy.

Possible policies

  • No refunds: the ticket cannot be refunded for any reason (except event cancellation).
  • Up to 24 hours before: you can request a full refund if you ask more than 24 hours in advance.
  • Flexible: the promoter reviews your request case by case.

How to request a refund

  1. Find your purchase confirmation email.
  2. Tap View my ticket.
  3. Tap Request refund and write the reason.
  4. The promoter receives your request and replies by email.

If the promoter approves it, the money returns to your original card or payment method in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If the event is cancelled

If the promoter cancels the event, you may receive a 100% automatic refund, depending on the policy they configured. You’ll get an email notification and the money returns to your original payment method.

Can Boletra help with a refund?

If the promoter doesn’t reply or you have a policy issue, contact us. Boletra doesn’t process refunds directly because the money never went through our accounts — but we can mediate with the promoter.
